
COACHING PLANS
These plans are
designed to fit around your
work / life balance. Below are different options so you can pick a plan that works for you. We will work together to identify your goals and how we can achieve them. There will also be access to a video library to demonstrate exercises and talk about the different stages of your training plan. We will have regular contact and meetings to keep you on track.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Do you want a coach to attend a session with you to review technique and provide advice? I can attend for individual 1-2-1 session analysis in swim, bike and run.

Have you created your own plan but would like a coach to look over it and give feedback or advice? I can review your plans and give any feedback on if it is right for your goals.
